THE MENU’
The authentic character of the ingredients in their season is added to the products of local producers found in Tuscany and locally. Quality unites each of these points.
Guests could choose one of the three tasting menus where they can freely choose among the various dishes by creating a customized menus of courses that will join the fil rouge created by the kitchen brigade or choose individual courses à la carte. The tasting menu of the area recalls the ancient flavors of Arezzo and Casentino.
